My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable; however, the air conditioning was not ideal. The service provided, including dry cleaning and laundry, was top-notch, but I felt the price was slightly high for the value. The location was perfect, close to the old fortress and with free city garage parking just opposite. I loved the dining experience as it had a wide selection of breakfast items and the staff was very attentive. The facilities were great, but the pool was crowded at times.

When I arrived, I was able to go up to my room without any issues. However, the first room I was given had an incredible bad smell, which was a major turn-off. Luckily, the room I was moved to had a wonderful jacuzzi tub that made up for the initial setback. The hotel has its ups and downs, but overall, it was a decent stay.
